DAK FISIK KESEHATAN TO REDUCE MATERNAL AND INFANT MORTALITY RATE

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant (IMR) are essential indicators of health development that written on the national plan documents. Nevertheless, Indonesia has not yet achieved target MDG’s SDG’s. In prediction, without extraordinary policies, SDGs will be reached by 2030. The government allocated DAK Fisik Penugasan as one efforts to reduce MMR IMR. So this study aims capture effect in decreasing Panel data from 34 provinces level 2019 2020 analyzed using mean difference test quadrant analysis. Results show there is no significant with or Penugasan. Then still many lower IMR which get budget priorities vice versa. should 1) provide a local stimulus enhance acceleration reducing IMR; 2) allocate priority have higher score 3) Encourage governments improve quality proposals along better absorption.
